Specialized Training for Caregivers

Caregivers at PCA Home undergo a rigorous three-month training program in geriatric care, focusing on medical theory, bedside manner, and practical application in both home and hospital settings.

International Certification for PCAs

PCAs receive extensive international certification through the Nisai Global School, a Cambridge affiliate, which equips them with exceptional bedside manners and adherence to international standards, ensuring top-notch service.

Regular Training & Workshops

All PCAs participate in continuous training workshops to enhance their industry knowledge and improve patient care.

Basic caregivers undergo 3-month training and ICGs have to go through a 6-month training; meanwhile, super nurses have to complete a 3-day workshop and regular nurses have to undergo a 7-day workshop to serve as PCAs.
