PCA stands for Personal Care Assistants. We are different from a typical Caregiver or Nurse because we have focused trainings on Elderly Care and on bedside Manner at an International standard.

Our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is there to make your whole experience with us a seamless one. From the first time you have an audit to heling pick the right caregiver for you, our CRM is at your disposals throughout your whole Journey with PCA Home.
Our Medical Auditors (MA) are Super Nurses that can gauge your exact medical and medicinal needs, as well as, which classification of PCA will work best for you. Also, when we do continued Audits, our MA’s make sure that you are continually updating your medical needs as time goes on with our services.
A Personalized Care Plan (PCP) is the individual plan created for you or your loved one. It is a Daily, Weekly and Monthly Plan to make sure that our clients are cared for in a quality way. With check ins from our CRM and full schedules of service, we ensure that our clients are getting the proper service they deserve.
Besides our top tier experience and training, we have safety plans in place for all of our customers.

Our Medical Auditors do periodic checks ins on you to make sure the Personalized Care Plan is still meeting your needs the best way, also any updates in medications or changes will be communicated to our internal team whenever there is potential need for change or requested.
There is on wrong time to give your loved ones the proper help that they need. All cases are different and require different levels of care which is why we create Personalized Care Plans for all of our clients.

According to the Personalized Care Plan (PCP), if the need is there for 24 hour service, we can provide this. While keeping in mind that our PCA’s are also human and need a proper sleep schedule. So in many cases, there will need to be Multiple PCA’s caring for 1 Client.
It is our goal to change the Stigma of a Caregiver in Bangladesh. Currently this is not as respected of a trade domestically. Why is such an important position not respected? Because we do not have skilled professionals doing these jobs, but what could be more important than taking care of our elderly loved ones? We need to start giving our PCA’s respect. We start doing this by giving them better hours for more competitive pay.
